1) When should I pick out my tuxedos for my wedding?
We recommend picking the styles out up to three months before the wedding date.
2) Do I need to make an appointment for my tuxedo selection?
Appointments are not necessary.
3) Do I need to make an appointment to be measured?
Appointments are not necessary, but are recommended if coming with a group of 5 of more.
4) When should all of the measurements be in for my wedding party?
We suggest 3 weeks prior to your wedding date. Children should be measured no sooner because their sizes may change.
5) When do I pick up my tuxedos?
Pickup is usually the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday before the special event. Our staff will call the groom / bride for wedding rentals when all those tuxedos arrive. The groom / bride will need to inform the others in the wedding party. In cases of a special event, we will call the person renting the tuxedo when that tuxedo arrives.
6) When do I return my tuxedos?
Returns are the Monday following the event with the exception of holidays. During prom season we often have extended and Sunday hours for your convenience.
7) What if I'm going on a cruise, for example, or need my tuxedo for two or more weeks?
We are more than happy to help accommodate you for such a special occasion. Just ask our staff and arrangements will be made accordingly.
8) What if members of my wedding party are from out-of-town?
We have a measurement form that can be printed and brought to a men's clothing store near them to be professionally measured and have the form completed They can then mail, fax or email the form to us.
9) I've heard of that as a groom, I can get my tuxedo for free. Is that true?
The groom's tuxedo is free with five paid members of your wedding party.
10) Can I decide to purchase my tuxedo?
Yes, we can get you a special purchase price.
